Think Pink Juice
This juice is actually my favorite color. It's hue is so vibrant and beautiful! It's very detoxifying and anti-inflammatory. Plus, it's bursting with vitamins such as Vitamin A, beta carotene, and Vitamin C. There are some sneaky greens in there for good measure! I love supplementing my meals with juice because it's a great way to consume a ton of nutrients in one sitting. Not to mention it's simply delicious!! This juice is also very cleansing and energizing.
Drinking a fresh veggie juice gives me so much energy. The best part is that the energy comes from natural sources, so you won't crash later (as you would with that 4 PM latte). It's the perfect afternoon pick-me-up!
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 beets
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- Handful of parsley
- 1 cup kale
- 1" ginger root
- 2 large carrots
Put all of the ingredients in your juicer, starting with the kale. Enjoy!
