Hi! Welcome to my website! I'm Alexandra Pullen…or you might know me from my Instagram handle @alliepullen. I’m a Los Angeles-based content creator, yoga/meditation/ballet instructor, wellness influencer, and travel addict. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Psychology at Pepperdine University. As a former professional ballet dancer with American Ballet Theatre, my goal is to help this population with mental health and performance in the future.

Yoga became my therapy (body & mind) and now I can share that with others through my teachings. Mindful movement and meditation seriously changed my life, and it's a joy to be able to pass that along to others. Health is not just about what you eat, it's about listening intuitively to your body and filling it with positive thoughts and affirmations. I share my musings and approach to life with the yogic practice in mind in my “Blog” section of my website. I’m passionate about supporting brands with a positive ethos that align with my message.

My current goal is to keep living life in the most fulfilled, happy way—and to reintegrate dance while maintaining my new perspective

I want to help YOU. As a professional athlete, I've learned the value of mindfulness, balance, as well as the importance of wholesome nutrition in order to fuel an active lifestyle. I carry my knowledge and experience of managing the stress and rigor of ballet with a holistic and balanced approach to wellness and life. Loving yourself fully to create a harmony between mind/body/spirit, and using food as medicine has the power to heal you from the inside out. Natural energy can be achieved by feeding your body the nutrients it craves, mindfully moving your body, and filling it with positive thoughts. Let me share with you!
